Over the last few months there has been an increase in the number of bookings for the school only to be cancelled at the last minute (often with less than an hour’s notice). We don’t charge in advance for the hire of the school, but would ask that bookings are made with the intention of taking them up. Of course, there are occasions when it’s not possible like a lame horse, or vehicle not starting and we fully accept this.
